Hello, my name is David McCullagh and I’ve been involved in mission in Malawi for over 20 years. Join me for the first season of the Lilongwe Letters Podcast. On 15 December 1971 Scripture Union of Malawi registered as an organisation in Malawi.
Over the past 50 years SU staff and volunteers have been reaching children, young people and adults with the good news of the gospel through Bible reading promotions, Bible Clubs, Bible Study groups, camps and SU Ladies’ groups. Later in October people from all over the world will gather in Lilongwe, Malawi’s capital city, to celebrate 50 years of God’s faithfulness. This podcast gives the backdrop to Scripture Union as well as looking at the celebrations and what the future holds.
